We wanted to let you know that Awana may look different this year, but we are ready to share Jesus with your kids!

If conditions allow it on our starting date, we will have in-person clubs at the church and we will also offer the opportunity to do Awana From Home.

In-Person clubs will follow our normal schedule of 6:00 to 7:30 on Wednesdays

  • Registration will take place at the church at the times given
  • Books will be paid for at the time of registration-$10 (uniforms in the next week of so-$12 or $16))

Steps will be taken to protect those attending at the church---(masks will be optional)

  • Checking temperatures of adults who are working and clubbers before they enter the building
  • Checking temperatures of clubbers who ride a van before they get on at home
  • Hand sanitizers used before entering the building and available to be used during club
  • Paper cups of water instead of the water fountain
  • Playing games that allow for distance and that are less strenuous
  • Drive thru pick up of clubbers (similar to school pick up)

Awana From Home will basically look like this—

  • Registering your child at the church at the times listed below
  • Purchasing the required handbook at the time of registration ($10)—(uniform optional)
  • The clubber watching a short video each week that will be posted on this website

(See the logo for your child’s club at the top of this page)

  • A leader contacting your child in a visual-call method chosen by you and at a time you and the leader agree upon. They will discuss any material the clubber was required to complete for that week and listen to them recite their memory verse.

If in-person clubs have to stop after starting, those clubbers can then switch to Awana From Home. If you begin with one venue and decide after a few weeks you would like to switch to the other, please let us know before the next Wednesday so we can make any adjustments needed. Jumping back and forth repeatedly will not be allowed.

Sparks Clubs minister to Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade children. Their books take them on a chronological trip through the Bible as they memorize verses and learn that the people in the Bible were real. They will work in one of the three handbooks offered.

3rd thru 6th graders make up our T&T Clubs (Truth &Training).  All clubbers will be working in the “Grace in Action” handbook. They will learn about the character and nature of God--information about the Bible—who Jesus is--and understand more about grace.
